About Us and how it all started…

Grooming since 2007, Cynthia started her adventure at PetSmart and moved up to management.  She had the honor of training several new Groomers before branching off as an independent business owner. Cynthia the Groomer started as a one woman show doing mobile and home-based grooming in March 2017. Fast forward to current day and Cynthia has expanded to become “the Groomers Network” with a new team of groomers who have embraced the vision of “Calm, Clean and Cute” allowing more pups to be serviced at our newly designed facility in Mount Cobb, . Since The Grand Opening of our Mount Cobb location on September 1, 2024, we have introduced a new self-wash facility and Walk-in services aside from our Spa Days.  We host seasonal pet photo events and ensure every pup who gets a spa day remembers their moment with a photo shoot. Training continues and every new member brings more life to the groomers network. but no matter who you meet here at the groomers network in Mount Cobb (Cynthia, Paige, Nicole,Trista, Kiely or Fatima), we all look forward to the future of making every pup that leaves our shops feel calm, clean, and cute 💜🐾

Meet the groomers…

Cynthia the Groomer:

Aside from being a mother of two girls, and having my own four legged son, I have dedicated my life to this adventure in the grooming business.  After 18 years of working with dogs and grooming it has become more than just a job or trade, it is a lifestyle. I don’t want to just give haircuts, but instead be part of your pups life and overall well being.  From puppy to senior, every pup in my care will get an all-inclusive spa day that helps the overall health of your pet as well as leaving them calm clean and cute.  I specialize in senior comfort care and special needs pups.  Every dog can be groomed, some just need more time and patience than others.  I take pride in my ability to make even the “ungroomable” groomable.   My loyalty for the pets that I get to work with is strong and I look forward to going to the shop to see my four legged friends.  My ability and desire to inspire others into this career is another personal goal of mine.  I aim to train new bathers and groomers so that we can help as many pups as possible.

Paige the Groomer:

Ever since I was a child, my whole life has revolved around animals. Growing up on a farm taught me about hard work, patience, love, and safe handling for all animals. I have so much love for all creatures but dogs have always been my biggest passion. Even learning to read in kindergarten, I was reading every book I could about dogs until I could name just about any dog breed that existed. As an adult, I started working with dogs in 2017, including doggy daycares and pet stores where I gained ever further experience and knowledge about dogs. I always knew I wanted a career working with animals but it wasn’t until I became mom to two Akitas that my love for grooming truly started. Practicing at home and on puppies at a pet store was just the beginning. Grooming quickly became something I truly loved doing! When I applied at The Groomers Network, Cynthia took me in and taught me everything I needed to know to make grooming a career.  Although I have only been grooming since 2024, it has quickly become one of the biggest parts of my life. I am so passionate about what I do, everyday is a learning experience and I am constantly trying to improve and learn more. Every dog that is trusted in my care is treated like my own. I love forming connections with not only the dogs but my clients as well. My prior handling experience of all sizes and ages gave me the confidence to work with any pup even if they have struggled with the grooming process in the past.  My number one priority is for all my clients to leave feeling safe and happy, to uphold the groomers network motto …calm, clean and of course cute 💚🐾

Nicole the Groomer:

I started in the grooming world a little later in my career. I worked construction early in life and it wasn’t until the pandemic that I had the opportunity to continue my education. In 2020 I decided to pursue my dream of working with animals by attending abc college for dog grooming.  I had finally started the career switch. In 2022 I started my internship at paw pack doggy day care, shortly after I was hired at petsmart in 2024.  Petsmart was a good building block, with a lot of hands on experience on many different breeds. However, I knew I didn’t want to stay corporate, so I applied to The groomers network in 2025.  The groomers network has taught me so much already and I look forward to growing in this career. I love waking up in the morning and going to work, to hang out with dogs all day and build a relationship with every pup I meet
