Appointment Tips

  • For new clients, Fill out intake form as thoroughly as possible INTAKE FORM

  • Contact Hamlin Groomers directly

  • Book in advance if you would like to keep a routine. (4/6/8 weeks)

  • press “Y” to confirm automated text reminders

  • Please be On-time for drop-off and pick-up to avoid any fees.

  • Inform the groomer if you’d like to opt out of text messages for any reason.

Cancellation Policy

  • 24 hour notice required for all cancellations (otherwise considered a no-show)

  • no-show fee: $10 for every hour reserved for appointment.

  • frequent no-shows will prohibit advanced booking option.

Complementary Photos

  • Complementary photo for all spa days

  • NEW backdrop every month

  • All photos will be personalized and posted on the Groomers Network Facebook page.
